Join the ACLU Foundations of California, the Impact Fund, California Rural Legal Assistance, and Legal Aid at Work for a virtual workshop on California LGBTQ Employment Rights. We’ll be discussing workers’ basic rights under California law, common challenges faced by LGBTQ people at work, how to respond when there’s a problem in the workplace, and what the recent LGBTQ employment discrimination decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court do and don’t mean for us here in California.

We’ll be presenting the same workshop three different times, so please RSVP to the session that works best for your language needs and schedule:

  • Tuesday, July 28, 6-7:30 p.m. (Spanish)
  • Wednesday, July 29, 2-3:30 p.m. (English)
  • Saturday, August 1, 10-11:30 a.m. (English)

All sessions will take place online, over the Zoom webinar platform.
