Special Rapporteur on Houselessness Leilani Farha, ACLU SoCal Senior Policy Advocate Eve Garrow, advocate and host of the podcast “We the Unhoused” Theo Henderson, and advocate and director of the documentary “Lost in America” Rotimi Rainwater.
