Ariana Rodriguez (she/ella) is a staff attorney with the LGBTQ, Gender, and Reproductive Justice Project at the ACLU of Southern California. Ariana’s current work focuses on advocating for youth justice and affirming and inclusive schools, particularly for girls and LGBTQ youth, expanding and protecting the rights of families impacted by the family policing system, and advancing reproductive justice for people who are incarcerated. 

Previously, Ariana was a Legal Fellow with both the ACLU of SoCal’s Education Equity and LGBTQ, Gender, and Reproductive Justice projects where she focused on stemming school pushout of girls of color and LGBTQ youth in the Inland Region. She is a graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School, where she specialized in Public Interest Law.
